Featured on The Travel Channel’s “No Reservations” with Anthony Bourdain, Lola Bistro impressed the notoriously discerning Bourdain with signature dishes including the walleye (sourced from Lake Erie), beef-cheek pierogie and foie gras bratwurst. The restaurant is located along Cleveland’s bustling East 4th Street corridor, just a short walk from bars, nightclubs and Progressive Field.
Lola is owned by chef and television personality Michael Symon, known for his stints as an Iron Chef and frequent appearances on the Food Network and the Cooking Channel. Symon is a Cleveland native who prides himself on using fresh and local ingredients to create dishes that are both bold and approachable.
