A visit to Cleveland isn’t complete without visiting “A Christmas Story House,” little Ralphie’s childhood home in the 1983 holiday classic movie "A Christmas Story." The fully-restored home on the city’s southeast side is the spot where Ralphie decoded Little Orphan Annie’s secret message, donned the pink bunny suit on Christmas morning, and nearly shot his eye out with his Red Ryder BB gun.
Set up as a museum, A Christmas Story House is packed with props and costumes from the film (like Randy’s snowsuit and toys from the Higbee’s window). Don’t leave without a stop to the gift shop, where you can purchase your very own leg lamp.
